During a visit to the patients of the hospital of Yopougon in January 2003, Mrs. BOSSOU Stanislas A. and Gbaguidi Augustin Zinsou have noticed that many children were infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and lacked adequate support in protein-based foods which were not affordable because of the price.
Since that time, They have decided to care for orphans and vulnerable children due to HIV /AIDS through an association of donators. So, NGO LE SOUTIEN was created on April 14, 2003 in Abidjan, in the district of Yopougon.
NGO LE SOUTIEN is composed of volunteers living with HIV, artisans, workers, students and intellectuals of all kinds.

NGO LE SOUTIEN has been officially selected as a member of this partnership after having submitted a request for participating to the competition advertised through his project entitled “care for orphans and vulnerable children due to HIV / AIDS in 30 villages of the department of Danané and in the District of Abidjan”.
